Return & Refund Policy

At Deal-Time.net, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because we source our products globally to provide you with the best prices and free shipping, we have established the following guidelines for returns and refunds.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

  • Note: Returns must be sent to our designated return address (which may differ from the shipping origin). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right via a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds for Shipping Delays

As noted in our Shipping Policy, delivery times of 7 to 10 business days are estimates and not guarantees.

  • We do not issue refunds for items that are still in transit within 25 business days of the ship date.

  • If your item has not arrived after 30 business days, we will consider the package lost and issue a full refund or a replacement at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
